Content Ownership & Licence

1. Ownership

All content you upload or submit to Talentino — videos, photos, audio, live performances, recordings, captions and other text, and contest entries — becomes the sole and exclusive property of Talentino Live – Jainam Wellness Limited.

2. Assignment of rights

By submitting content you assign to Talentino Live – Jainam Wellness Limited all rights, title and interest in it, including copyright and all related rights, worldwide, perpetually and irrevocably. To the extent any right cannot be assigned, you grant the company an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to it and waive, to the extent permitted, any moral rights against the company.

3. Participants under 18

For a minor, the parent or guardian makes this assignment on the minor's behalf and additionally grants the company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to the content to the maximum extent permitted by law. See Parental Consent.

4. How the company may use content

The company may edit, adapt, reproduce, publish, broadcast, stream, distribute, sub-license and monetise the content in any media and format now known or developed later, including TV, OTT, social media, advertising and promotions, with or without credit.

5. Your warranties

• The content is your own original, real performance — not AI-generated or AI-altered.
• You have the consent of everyone who appears in it (and of their guardians if they are minors).
• It does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights, and contains no licensed music or material you do not have rights to.

6. Removal

The company may remove or stop displaying any content at its discretion. Deleting your account does not reverse the assignment above.
