Grievance Officer

In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023, you can raise complaints about content, privacy, accounts or child safety with our Grievance Officer.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Complaints about nudity or sexual content involving a person are acted on within 24 hours.
