Talentino is operated by Talentino Live – Jainam Wellness Limited ("we", "the company"), Mumbai, India. By creating an account or using Talentino on the web or in our Android/iOS apps you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Content Ownership & Licence and Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

• Anyone can watch. To upload, vote, comment or compete you need a verified account.
• Participants under 18 may take part only after a parent or guardian gives verifiable consent (Parental Consent). School Talent entries always need guardian consent.
• Each contest may add age band, city, gender or school rules. Entrants must meet them.

2. Accounts

• One account per person and one account per mobile number. Give true details, including date of birth.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Contest rules

• One entry per person per contest unless the contest says otherwise. Entries must be submitted before the deadline.
• Entries are reviewed before they appear publicly and must follow the Community Guidelines.
• Scores combine judges' rubric scores and verified audience signals as described on each contest page. Shortlists, finals and national rounds follow the published schedule.

4. Prizes & taxes

• Prizes are as stated on the contest page and may be changed or substituted with an equal-value prize.
• Winners must complete identity/KYC checks. Prizes to minors are paid to the parent/guardian.
• Applicable taxes, including TDS under the Income-tax Act, 1961, are deducted as required by law.

5. Voting integrity

• No fake accounts, bots, paid vote services, vote swapping or scripts. Voting limits are enforced.
• Suspicious votes may be voided. Entrants who benefit from manipulation may be disqualified and banned.

6. Judges' decisions

Judges score independently. Their decisions, and the company's decisions on eligibility and disqualification, are final.

7. Limitation of liability

Talentino is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or outages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid to us in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time (Delete Account).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app; continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints: Grievance Officer.
