Kids Talent Competition Online in India
Talentino Live runs separate junior contests for children under 12 and teens aged 13–17, so young singers, dancers, actors, artists and makers can perform for real judges in a space built around their safety.
Junior categories
Junior contests can run in every Talentino category: singing, dance, acting, modelling, painting and drawing, short films and handicrafts. Each junior contest is limited to one age band (Under 12 or 13–17), so children only compete against others of a similar age. Junior entries are scored on the same transparent formula as adult contests — 50% judges on a Technique, Creativity, Expression and Impact rubric, and 50% audience.
How parental consent works
- The child (or parent) creates an account and enters a date of birth.
- Under-18 accounts are locked until a parent or guardian is linked.
- The parent opens the consent link, verifies their own mobile number with a one-time code (email is available as a fallback) and accepts the terms on the child's behalf.
- Only then can the child upload, vote or comment. Parents can review everything from the parent dashboard and withdraw consent at any time.
Safety and moderation rules
- Every junior entry is held for moderator approval before anyone can see it.
- Inside the app, minors appear by first name and city only — never surname, school or contact details.
- Junior entries and profiles are excluded from search engines and from the public sitemap.
- Entries that receive repeated reports go back to pending review automatically.
- Strict community guidelines prohibit inappropriate clothing, sexualisation of minors, bullying and unsafe stunts.
- Academy coaching bookings for minors need parent approval.
School participation
Schools can enter their students in School Talent championships, with a separate school sign-in for teachers and coordinators. It is an easy way for a school to run its talent show online and compete with other schools.
Frequently asked questions
Can kids enter Talentino talent competitions?
Yes. Children under 12 and teens aged 13–17 can enter junior contests only, after a parent or guardian links their account and gives verified consent.
How does parental consent work?
The child's account sends a consent link to a parent or guardian. The parent verifies their own mobile number with a one-time code (email fallback is available) and accepts the terms before the child can upload, vote or comment.
Which categories do junior contests cover?
Junior contests can be run in any category — singing, dance, acting, modelling, painting, short films and handicrafts — depending on what is currently scheduled.
Will my child's name or photo appear publicly?
Minors are shown by first name and city only inside the app, junior entries are reviewed by a moderator before they appear, and junior entries and profiles are never listed in search engines.
Can schools take part?
Yes. Schools can register for School Talent championships, where students compete as part of their school with separate school sign-in.
What if someone reports a junior entry?
Reported content is reviewed by moderators. Entries that receive multiple reports are taken back to pending review automatically.
Can parents see their child's activity?
Yes. The parent dashboard shows the child's entries, votes and bookings, and lets parents approve or withdraw consent.
Is there an entry fee for junior contests?
Any fee is shown on the contest page before entry. Coaching bookings for minors also need parent approval.
