Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

1. Fees

Entering contests is currently free unless a contest page states an entry fee. Academy packages (training, mentorship, portfolio) are priced in INR, inclusive of applicable GST, as shown at checkout.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive only order and payment references. Bookings for under-18s need parent approval before payment.

3. Refunds

• Academy batch: full refund if cancelled at least [7] days before the batch starts; [50]% refund up to [48 hours] before; no refund after the batch starts.
• 1:1 mentorship: unused sessions in the current month refundable on request within [7] days of payment.
• If we cancel a batch or contest, you get a full refund.
• Contest entry fees (if any) are non-refundable once the entry is submitted, except where the contest is cancelled.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [5–7] working days.
